Will my printed product/s image/colouring look the same as the image I uploaded?
Our printers and design programs are some of the best in the industry, they print true to CMYK colours. However, it is likely you will see some colour differentiation from the image you see on your screen to what is printed on your product (Even though our images print true to CMYK colour)
This is because all screen monitors and websites (unless specially modified) display in RGB and not CMYK. This is what causes a difference in colouring from what you are expecting based on the image you see on your screen. What we can guarantee is that,we will ensure your image is printed in perfect, clean CMYK colour that will look AMAZING on your personalised printed products.
Delivery Production Time
Orders placed are usually completed within 48 hours. As our staff only work Monday to Friday, we aim to have all orders placed ready the same day for dispatch/delivery as soon as possible. As we’re local to Rockhampton, Queensland, you can expect your order to be delivered 1-3 days after production is completed.
If collecting directly from our Rockhampton based office, your items will be ready for immediate collection once you have received a notification that your items are completed.
I would like more input on my design, who can I contact?
We have our own in-house experienced graphic designer, who is responsible for setting up all your printing designs. We understand if you are getting married, running a promotional event, that you will want to have more in-depth input for the design parameters.

What are the postage costs?
All orders incur a $9.90 flat rate shipping cost – unless you are collecting directly from our Rockhampton based office or Emu Park. Please refer to your “Ready for Collection” email for address and collection windows.

What type of File do I need to upload?
HIGH RES, PDF/Vector/PNG or JPEG file. Generally file sizes above 2mb is ideal.
How can I ensure the image I am uploading is the best quality for printing?
To ensure best results, we advise uploading a HIGH RES, PDF/Vector/PNG or JPEG file. Generally file sizes above 2mb is ideal.
If you are uploading an image taken on your phone, ensure you upload this image directly from your ‘photo gallery’. We advise against using images supplied to you through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Text Message or low res emails, as images sent through these platforms, immediately lose their quality and clarity.
If you have images supplied from these platforms, ensure you contact our sales team after placing your order, that way we can run images through an enhancing software. Please understand however, some low quality images CANNOT be enhanced to print quality and your artwork may be blurry or distorted. Our team will endeavour to contact you prior to printing if we are unable to use any imagery uploaded.
